As our company, we respect and value the privacy of your private lives. For this reason, we would like to provide information about the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) in force in order to protect your fundamental rights and freedoms in the use of your personal data.
This disclosure statement has been prepared to inform you about the purpose, scope, duration and other issues that may affect you regarding the processing of your personal data in accordance with Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
PURPOSE OF PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Your collected personal data may be processed by the Companies for the purposes of sending commercial electronic messages to your contact information for general and specific purposes such as advertising and promotion, and for analysis limited to these purposes, within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.
PARTIES TO WHICH YOUR PERSONAL DATA IS TRANSFERRED AND PURPOSES OF TRANSFER
Your collected personal data may be transferred to the suppliers of the Companies, legally authorized public institutions and authorized private persons in accordance with the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, for the purposes explained above.
METHOD AND LEGAL REASON FOR COLLECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data is collected in physical environment through channels such as stores, dealers, etc. and/or in electronic environment through channels such as websites, mobile applications, call centers, etc. through various forms that you will verbally provide or fill out, and through the channel through which you contact us, for the purposes of sending you commercial electronic messages and analyzing your personal data within this scope, based on the legal reason related to your explicit consent and the legitimate interest of the Companies; in accordance with the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.
YOUR RIGHTS AS A PERSONAL DATA OWNER, AS STATED IN ARTICLE 11 OF THE LAW
We hereby inform you that as a personal data owner, you have the following rights in accordance with Article 11 of the Law:
- To learn whether your personal data has been processed,
- To request information regarding your personal data if it has been processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad,
- To request correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
- To request deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reasons requiring its processing have been eliminated despite the fact that it has been processed in accordance with the Law and other relevant provisions of law and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
- To request compensation for the damages in case you suffer damages due to the processing of your personal data against the law to object,
- If a result against you is obtained by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems.
In order to exercise your rights specified above, you may submit your request, which includes the necessary information identifying your identity and your explanations regarding the right you request to exercise from among the rights specified in Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law; by filling out the form provided here, and personally delivering a signed copy of the form to “[business official address]” with documents identifying your identity, or by sending it through a notary public or by other methods specified in the Personal Data Protection Law.
In addition, you may review the Law on the official website of the Turkish Grand National Assembly and visit the Personal Data Protection Authority’s website (http://www.kvkk.gov.tr/) to obtain detailed information about your rights under the Law.
