How long after I purchase will my order be delivered for shipping?

Your orders will be shipped within a maximum of 3 business days after the confirmation of your purchase reaches us. After being dispatched, the shipping company will deliver your order to the delivery address within 5-6 days, depending on the distance from Istanbul.

For special orders, this time may vary depending on the product you purchased. What should I do if the incoming cargo is damaged?

Damaged cargo should not be accepted, and a report must be made to the cargo official. If the official believes that the package is not damaged, the customer has the right to open the cargo there to check whether the products are delivered undamaged and request that the situation be documented with a report. Once the cargo is accepted by the recipient, it is considered that the shipping company has fulfilled its duty. If the cargo has not been accepted and a report has been made, the situation should be reported to NS SPOSA Customer Services as soon as possible along with a copy of the report remaining with the recipient. Our Customer Services will take immediate action to resolve the issue.
